Maple Nut Crunch

High in phytoestrogens
2 cups ground NOW Real Food® Organic Flax Seed*
½ cup chopped NOW Real Food® Walnuts*
2/3 cup NOW Real Food® Maple Syrup*
2 tbsp. Cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 
  2. Mix ingredients and spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for five minutes, turn ingredients over, and bake five more minutes. 
  4. Break up with spatula and let cool. 
  5. Refrigerate. 
  6. Eat with soy milk as cereal or use in small amounts as a topping for salads or snack.
