Sugarless Sugar Frosting
|1 cup NOW Sugarless Sugar|
|1 cup NOW Organic Virgin Coconut Oil|
|5 tbsp Living NOW Gluten Free AP Flour|
|1 cup Rice Milk|
|1 tsp. NOW Organic Vanilla Extract|
1) In a small saucepan on medium heat combine flour with milk until thickened.
2) Take mixture off the heat and combine with vanilla. Allow for mixture to cool completely.
3) In a separate bowl cream together solid coconut oil with sugarless sugar until light and fluffy.
4) Add flour mixture to sugarless sugar mixture and beat until fully combined.
5) Serve on cooled cake and enjoy!
