Raw Chocolate Sesame Cookies

Adapted from Raw Food Health Watch

These cookies are a nutritious way to satisfy your taste for something sweet.

1 cup dates, pitted
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Pecans*
... or NOW Real Food® Walnuts*
1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Unsweetened Shredded Coconut*
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 tsp NOW Real Food® Organic Vanilla Extract*
1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Sesame Seeds*
  1. Leave sesame seeds aside, and place rest of the ingredients into a food processor and blend well. 
  2. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and roll to cover with sesame seeds. 
  3. Flatten down balls until they take form of your desired cookie shape.
  4. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
