Healthy Resolution Vegetarian Chili

1 cup NOW® Real Food™ Organic Textured Soy Protein
2 cups black beans
1 cup NOW® Real Food™ Mung Beans
2 cups Tomatoes, large chop
2 cups Onions, large chop
1 cup Tomato Paste
5 cups water
2 tablespoon Ellyndale Organics™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 bay leaves
2 jalapeno peppers chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 cloves garlic, fine chopped

1) Place olive oil into medium stock pot on medium heat
2) Add garlic, jalapeno, and onions
3) Cook for 3 minutes then add salt
4) Add the rest of the ingredients into the stock pot
5) Cook on low heat for 3-4 hrs and serve
