Mmmm…Good! Mung Bean Burgers

Ingredients
2 cups cooked NOW® Real Food™ Mung Beans, coarsely mashed
2 tsp Living Now™ Organic Brown Rice Flour
1/2 cup finely chopped Onions
1/2 cup NOW Real Food™ Organic Rolled Oats
1 egg
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
4 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons water
1 avocado, quartered

Directions:
1) Place oven on 350F
2) In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until fully incorporated
3) On Parchment paper, create 4 inch burgers, total of 4 burgers
4) Place in oven for 10-12 minutes
5) Place on toasted multigrain bun with avocado
6) Serve warm and enjoy!
