Makes about one dozen
|1 ½ cups whole wheat flour, sifted|
|½ cup NOW Real Food® Rolled Oats*|
|1 Tbsp aluminum-free baking powder|
|1 tsp. salt|
|1 egg, beaten|
|1 cup water|
|¾ cup milk|
|1 Tbsp. NOW Real Food® Extra Virgin Olive Oil*|
|1 tsp. molasses|
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just blended.
- Heat and lightly oil a skillet or griddle.
- Grill on each side until browned.
