| Ingredients |
| 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen |
| 1/2 cup banana, cut into chunks |
| 1/4 cup orange juice |
| 1/8 cup plain, nonfat yogurt |
| 1 Tbsp NOW Real Food® Organic Flax Seed |
| 1/2 cup NOW® Strawberry Whey Protein |
| 1 tsp. NOW Real Food® Xylitol |
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Ingredients
