Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup banana, cut into chunks
1/4 cup orange juice
1/8 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp NOW Real Food® Organic Flax Seed
1/2 cup NOW® Strawberry Whey Protein
1 tsp. NOW Real Food® Xylitol
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
