Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Rolled Oats*
1/2 cup cottage cheese
6 egg whites

  1. Mix in blender. 
  2. Cook thin like a crepe until golden brown. 
  3. Fill with low sugar jelly or scrambled eggs. 

Variations:
You can add different flavorings, such as vanilla, to the batter.
