Protein Pancakes

| Ingredients |
| 1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Rolled Oats* |
| 1/2 cup cottage cheese |
| 6 egg whites |
- Mix in blender.
- Cook thin like a crepe until golden brown.
- Fill with low sugar jelly or scrambled eggs.
Variations:
You can add different flavorings, such as vanilla, to the batter.
