High Protein Pancakes

 
Ingredients
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Rolled Oats*
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons NOW® Whey Protein Isolate 100% Pure*
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of NOW Real Food® Vanilla Extract*
  1. Combine ingredients in a blender or small food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Spray a medium nonstick frying pan with cooking spray.
  3. Pour batter into pan, forming two pancakes.
  4. Cook on medium-high heat until nicely browned on the bottom and then flip, browning the second side.
  5. Serve with 2 tablespoons sugar-free fruit spread.
