Whey Too Easy Oatmeal
Makes 1 serving
| Ingredients |
| 1 cup 1% Milk |
| 1 cup NOW Real Foods® Rolled Oats* |
| pinch salt |
| pinch ground cinnamon |
| 1 scoop NOW® Whey Protein Vanilla* |
| ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries |
- Mix the milk, oats, salt, and cinnamon in a microwavable bowl.
- Microwave for 2 minutes, or until thick.
- Let cool slightly, then sprinkle evenly with the protein powder to avoid lumps and stir in.
- Stir in the blueberries
