|1 cup buttermilk|
|½ teaspoon salt|
|1 teaspoon baking soda|
|1 to 1¼ cups NOW Real Food® Soy Powder*|
- Beat eggs.
- Add salt, baking soda, buttermilk and soy powder (amount of soy powder depends on size of eggs).
- Bake on griddle with very little fat, turning when well browned.
