Oatmeal with Pear, Dried Cranberry, and Pecans

| Ingredients |
| 3/4 cup water |
| 3/4 cup apple cider |
| 1 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Rolled Oats* |
| 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 cup diced pear |
| 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries |
| 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp. NOW Real Food® Vanilla Extract* |
| 1/4 cup |
| 1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Raw Pecans* |
| 1/4 cup fat-free milk |
- Bring water and apple cider to a boil in a large saucepan.
- Stir in oats and salt; reduce heat to low and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pear, cranberries, cinnamon, and vanilla, stirring gently to combine; cook 3 minutes or until oats are tender.
- Stir in pecans and milk.
