Oatmeal Pancakes

Adapted from Rosewood Market and Deli’s recipe brochure,
Makes about one dozen
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour, sifted
½ cup NOW Real Food® Rolled Oats*
1 Tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup water
¾ cup milk
1 Tbsp. Ellyndale Organics™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
1 tsp. molasses
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
  2. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients. 
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just blended. 
  4. Heat and lightly oil a skillet or griddle. 
  5. Grill on each side until browned.
