Rice Bread

Yields one loaf

3 cups NOW Real Food® Rice Flour
4 tablespoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
2 egg yolks
1½ cups soy milk, water, or milk
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
¼ cup honey
1 cup Soy Powder

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Grease a loaf pan. 

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

In a separate bowl, beat the yolks until creamy.

Add the milk, honey, oil and mix well.

Add the yolk mixture to the dry, ingredients while stirring, and stir until smooth.

Fold in the egg whites gently.

Place the mixture in prepared pan and bake 1½ hours or until brown.

Cool on a wire rack.
