Tropical Walnut Smoothie

Can be made one hour ahead
Makes 3 cups
|1 cup orange juice|
|1 cup frozen mango chunks|
|1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Walnuts*|
|Additional NOW® walnuts to sprinkle on blended smoothies|
|1/3 cup (2-inch cube) tofu|
- Place orange juice, mango, walnuts and tofu in blender.
- Blend on low speed until ingredients start to mix together, then increase to high speed and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with walnuts.
