Tropical Walnut Smoothie

Can be made one hour ahead
 
Makes 3 cups
 
Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Walnuts*
Additional NOW® walnuts to sprinkle on blended smoothies
1/3 cup (2-inch cube) tofu
  1. Place orange juice, mango, walnuts and tofu in blender. 
  2. Blend on low speed until ingredients start to mix together, then increase to high speed and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with walnuts.
