Purple Power Shake / Smoothie

This is a good meal substitute if dieting or as an energy booster. Sarah, Michelle, and I all loved it! (Tofuphobics can't even taste the tofu.)

Serves 1

1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit (bananas, peaches, mangos, etc.)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
4oz. silken tofu, smooth, drained (this makes it incredibly thick and smooth)
1 cup milk or soy milk
  1. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
