Participates in all functions of research and development for NOW’s food lines including, but not limited to, formulation development, raw material evaluation, technical troubleshooting, packaging testing, and employee training. This position works directly with the R&D Corporate Chef and R&D Specialists to provide innovation, product development, and reformulation on current products.  This individual will coordinate consumer and customer research programs involving sensory evaluation on products as well as to develop the key insights that will form the basis for an inclusive recipe content for the NOW Foods Website.  This may include tradeshow participation/ media outlets/ using current opportunities for exposure to the new product line.
