|GRAPHIC DESIGNER - PRIMARY SALES SUPPORT|
Supports the advertising and marketing needs of the NOW Sales Department as determined by the Graphic Supervisor. Produces illustrations, designs, art, ads, signage, and web graphics for delivery to both the NOW Sales representatives and their customers. Designs, layouts and illustrates signs, flyers, ads, labels and other material in both print and electronic media. Duties will be allocated at: 70% Design, 20% Database & Presentations, and 10% Administrative.

Bachelor's degree and 2 years graphics experience; or an Associates degree and at least 3 years of experience; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous design experience using Apple Macintosh OSX, Photoshop CS5, InDesign CS5, and Adobe Illustrator CS5. Experience working directly with commercial printing companies, and internet service providers. Photo imaging retouching skills and table-top product photography. Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills required. Skilled in working with a wide variety of graphic file formats including: ai, psd, indd, jpeg, eps, tiff and pdf. Dreamweaver experience and web page markup a plus. Pre-employment testing required: drug screen, background check.
