Provides technical support for NOW Health Group’s products and services to colleagues, retailers, consumers, practitioners, and other customers. Staffs the product information call center (telephone, mail, and email responses) to ensure excellent customer service to NOW’s customers. Provides technical assistance and answers in-depth product composition and use questions from NOW employees, outside sales representatives, consumer customers, wholesale customers, and prospective customers by phone, mail, and email. Provides sales and technical information requested or directs inquiry to appropriate person/department. Answers product information inquiries. Increases sales by focusing on quality and service; suggests additional products when appropriate. Avoids nutritional counseling, diagnosing, prescribing, making unauthorized product claims, and other unapproved activities that are restricted by law.
