Unloads and receives shipments, transports product to proper destination, prepares outbound freight shipments, maintains warehouse by performing various duties and assists with special projects as needed.

GENERAL MANAGER
 
Job Description: 
Manages the warehouse operations to meet inventory turnover, quality and labor productivity goals. Manages the order fulfillment process to ensure customer service level goals are achieved. Develops and recommends methods for picking, packing and shipping customer orders to achieve higher accuracy, faster service and better labor productivity. Acts as principle liaison with regulatory agencies. Manages the safety program for the facility to achieve a safe work environment. Oversees security activities to ensure a safe and secure work facility.  Responsible for the management of effective NNFA GMP and Organic Certification Programs. Directs all activities in the office to ensure that customer service levels are met and to facilitate positive employee relations. Oversees the physical plant and location. Ensures that the facility is maintained and in good condition at all times. Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance program and an effective pest control program.

Picks customer orders within Pick-to-Lite system.  Assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.  Inserts items into containers, using appropriate packing material base for bottle type and order size. Checks orders, processes orders and monitors inventory of finished goods by utilizing host system.
