Manages the warehouse operations to meet inventory turnover, quality and labor productivity goals. Manages the order fulfillment process to ensure customer service level goals are achieved. Develops and recommends methods for picking, packing and shipping customer orders to achieve higher accuracy, faster service and better labor productivity. Acts as principle liaison with regulatory agencies. Manages the safety program for the facility to achieve a safe work environment. Oversees security activities to ensure a safe and secure work facility. Responsible for the management of effective NNFA GMP and Organic Certification Programs. Directs all activities in the office to ensure that customer service levels are met and to facilitate positive employee relations. Oversees the physical plant and location. Ensures that the facility is maintained and in good condition at all times. Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance program and an effective pest control program.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and a minimum of four years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to lift 75#. Pre-employment testing required: drug screen, physical, functional, background check.
