MAINTENANCE MECHANIC II
 
Job Description: 
Performs maintenance work throughout the plant in order to repair production machines, fabricate parts, and rebuild equipment.  Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment problems. Dismantles, repairs and reassembles complex equipment. Operates production equipment to check work, as required. Occasionally performs work in other areas such as building maintenance.  Assists Engineering in installation of new equipment.

Qualifications:
Lifting up to 60# required.  Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Pre-employment testing required:  drug screen, physical, functional, background check.

ENGINEERING MECHANIC
 
Job Description: 
Assists Engineering in installation of new equipment.  Helps debug equipment and train maintenance and manufacturing personnel on new equipment through start-up.  Works from drawings, technical manuals, interactions with customer reps, verbal instructions and/or sketches. Develops 1 point lessons and all training materials associated with startup and implementation.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to five years related machine building, machining and fabrication experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be able to lift 60#.  Pre-employment testing required:  drug screen, physical, functional, pulmonary function, background check.
