Provides excellent customer service to visitors and employees. Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, notifies appropriate personnel and issues visitors passes. Assists with monthly open house. Maintains the 1st and 2nd floor supply rooms by checking supply inventories, placing supply orders, and replenishing office supplies. Restocks lunchroom supplies (i.e. teas, utensils) on a daily basis. Receives, sorts and assists with distributing incoming mail to all departments. Coordinates services with outside vendors, including the on-site lunch program and vending company. Reports service calls to outside vendors (i.e. service need for vending machine, copier, etc.). Enters training records into training database and assists with maintaining training records for the facility.
