Coordinates the internal job transfer process. Prescreens and interviews applicants. Provides information on company, job opportunities and benefits to potential applicants. Refers qualified applicants to department managers and supervisors for follow up interview and obtains feedback from them. Administers and scores aptitude and skills tests. Conducts reference checks on applicants. Makes job offers to job applicants and sends follow-up offer letters. Coordinates and schedules pre-employment drug screens, physical exams, functional testing and background checks. Conducts new hire orientations to ensure new employees are familiar with company policies, processes and benefits.
