Job Description:
Picks customer orders within Pick-to-Lite system, or manually, with the majority of the work being manually picking. Assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.  Inserts items into containers, using appropriate packing material base for bottle type and order size. Checks orders, processes orders and monitors inventory of finished goods by utilizing host system. Uses hand truck to move shipments from upper mezzanine packing/staging area to shipping dock.

Works closely with Private Label Designer and Puresource Label Designer monitoring the information and status on labels. Performs minor maintenance and supply tracking for the color printer, digital printing system, and digital finishing system.

Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters on product, CTNS, out-of-stock boards, etc. Determines methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space. Moves or transports finished product, material or supplies to other departments by utilizing hand jacks, lift carts, etc. Performs additional duties as needed, such as assisting Order Fulfillment in picking manual orders.

Cuts paper labels to size and customer specifications. Prepares work area by obtaining required labels, clean bottles and/or cartons needed to begin each job, in the order that the jobs are scheduled. Prepares machine for daily operation (e.g., inserts glue into glue pan in back of machine at required intervals, adjusts guides to ensure proper centering of label.) Inserts labels in label chute and places bottles on roller guide, inserting unlabeled bottles and removing labeled ones at frequent intervals. Moves labeled product to shrink wrap area and cleans up work area to prepare for next job. Detects and reports machine malfunctions or problems and follows written instructions regarding safe operation of machine. Corrects mislabeling or miscentering through adjustment of heater and roller guides. Pulls product that is ready to be labeled with a lift jacket to the label line. Packs label products into master cases for shipping. Assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers for packing items. Rewinds, picks, and puts away pressure sensitive rolls when necessary.

RECEIVING WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
 
Job Description:
Supervises all receiving, checks and documents any damage to or pest contamination of received items, and documents shortages. Prepares receiving reports, shipping documents, bills of lading, and returned goods authorizations; distributes various documents retaining a copy in most cases. Discards unusable products and records these discards. Supervises all stocking, storage and rotation of finished goods, bulk items and packing supplies. Rotates freezer stock for infestation control, and obtain outside storage and refrigeration as needed. Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored. Supervises taking of all bulk and finished goods inventories, listing all items overstocked and discontinued. Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites work flow; issues written and oral instructions. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
