BUILDING MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
 
Job Description:
Maintains and repairs the exterior of the building including but not limited to: landscaping, snow removal, parking lot, sidewalks, traffic signs, the monument sign, roof, roof screen, office HVAC equipment, exterior windows, precast panels and other equipment installed on the exterior of the building. Maintains and repairs office areas and assists with janitorial work as needed, including but not limited to: cleaning, office waste, recycling removal, lavatory and lunchroom supplies and installation. Assists with repair and maintenance work in all retail stores.

Qualifications:

MECHANIcal engineer
 
Job Description:
Determines feasibility of designing new plant equipment or modifying existing facilities considering cost, available space, time limitations, company planning, and other technical and economic factors. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Obtains bids from outside fabricators for approval by the Engineering Manager when appropriate. Designs fixtures, hoppers, ductwork, jigs, mechanisms, etc. by seeking input from affected personnel, preparing sketches and drawings for review and fabrication. Prepares cost/benefit analyses of alternative approaches. Modifies machine design to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems. Complies with safety and GMP requirements.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC II
 
Job Description:
Performs maintenance work throughout the plant in order to repair production machines, fabricate parts, and rebuild equipment.  Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment problems. Dismantles, repairs and reassembles complex equipment. Operates production equipment to check work, as required. Occasionally performs work in other areas such as building maintenance.  Assists Engineering in installation of new equipment. Lifting up to 60# required.
