Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, notifies appropriate personnel and issues visitors passes. Maintains the 1st and 2nd floor supply rooms by checking supply inventories, placing supply orders, and replenishing office supplies. Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail to all departments. Various other clerical and HR administrative duties.
