ASSISTANT PURCHASING MANAGER

Assists Purchasing Manager in the gathering and evaluating of information needed to make purchasing decisions; prioritizes purchasing needs; places orders for goods and services such as raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, advertising, and service work; reports on purchasing activities; and works with contract vendors and toll vendors.

DEMAND PLANNER
 
Job Description:
Generates baseline forecasts from relevant sales history, making adjustments where necessary using inputs of statistical forecasting, promotional activity, innovation, seasonal demand and market trends. Manages forecast accuracy and variance by monitoring forecast bias and consistently driving forecasting improvements to improve accuracy.  Provides input and works closely with supply chain planners to manage fulfillment of demand and develop inventory strategies on existing products, new products and product phase-outs. Creates, analyzes, and tracks sales and operations reports and look for trends, opportunities, issues, etc. that impact demand.

SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST
 
Job Description:
Gathers and interprets relevant data for existing processes and logic in the NOW supply chain through personal observation and user interaction.  Works collaboratively to investigate problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions. Improves data governance by partnering with stakeholders across the company to establish data practices, policies and capabilities to collect, use and share data in support of business objectives. Monitors contract compliance of supply chain partners and logistics service providers. Recommends workable method and procedural improvements, leveraging the system where applicable. Develops new applications, tools and refreshable ad hoc reports to address current business problems or to streamline processes. Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.  Performs other projects, analyses and data extraction as assigned.
