Generates baseline forecasts from relevant sales history, making adjustments where necessary using inputs of statistical forecasting, promotional activity, innovation, seasonal demand and market trends. Manages forecast accuracy and variance by monitoring forecast bias and consistently driving forecasting improvements to improve accuracy. Provides input and works closely with supply chain planners to manage fulfillment of demand and develop inventory strategies on existing products, new products and product phase-outs. Creates, analyzes, and tracks sales and operations reports and look for trends, opportunities, issues, etc. that impact demand.
