Performs a variety of miscellaneous projects performed such as employee focused programs, Monthly Consumer Tour arrangements of guests & gift bags, Conf. Room Set-Up, data entry, proofreading, Research/Analysis, Prepare Documents & Reports in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Coordinates the internal job transfer process.  Prescreens and interviews applicants.  Provides information on company, job opportunities and benefits to potential applicants.  Refers qualified applicants to department managers and supervisors for follow up interview and obtains feedback from them. Administers and scores aptitude and skills tests. Conducts reference checks on applicants. Makes job offers to job applicants and sends follow-up offer letters. Coordinates and schedules pre-employment drug screens, physical exams, functional testing and background checks. Coordinates the employee referral program.  Ensures that timely follow up is done with employees on the status of employee referrals and that employee referral bonuses are paid when due. Conducts new hire orientations to ensure new employees are familiar with company policies, processes and benefits.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULER
 
Job Description:
Draws up production line level schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts, operational efficiencies, warehouse utilization and material availability. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, equipment usage, tools, and human resource requirements. Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Plans sequence of process, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.  Coordinate with production supervisors, supply chain planners and management to prioritize production runs.  Expedites operations that impact OOS list and adjusts schedules to meet unplanned sales demands. Prepares 72 hour schedule for each work center to insure maximum efficiency in meeting corporate KPIs related to optimal use of equipment, manpower, space and cost. Inputs data, prepares reports and charts to support metrics required for management team.  Reviews all data to insure integrity (including Safety, Quality and NPS information). Complies with safety and GMP requirements.
