My name is Kristen Widdison. I am currently employed at My Fit Foods Portico in Meridian, Idaho as the Store Supervisor and Nutritional Coach. As a NGA Professional Figure competitor, I am dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and motivating others to get involved in health and fitness. I am very proud being an all-natural athlete and with the help of NOW supplements I am able to achieve the physique I need to be a successful figure competitor! I grew up actively participating in sports such as softball, volleyball, and track & field. Growing up, I naturally developed a competitive spirit, a very strong work ethic, and a love for health and fitness.

After I graduated high school I was searching for a new passion to become involved with. I graduated Boise State University in the fall of 2012 with a Bachelor’s in Arts and Science majoring in Spanish. During college, I started attending Crossfit and was soon approached by the owner and asked if I had ever considered entering figure competitions. I started researching and preparing myself for this new endeavor. I entered my first figure competition in September of 2010 and placed 2nd as a novice. I have entered several competitions in the northwest since that win and have never fallen out of the top 3. I won my NGA Pro card at the age of 21 and I know this is only the beginning of my journey! I want to continue to train to someday step on a National level stage and to become a fitness model!
